Thoughts
Richard was always a delight. He was a client and a friend - and one of my favorite people to break bread with. His dry wit was so unmistakably Richard - he had the kindest eyes and was always curious about my non-work, dating life stuff. He consistently ribbed me on that - always remembered the last misadventure the next time I'd see him, asking me for updates and laughing always. I'll miss the way he saw the world and treated people. He always cared about people. He will be so missed by everyone who knew him and this industry that he touched more than he knew. RIP, friend.

Sending many Thank Yous to Alex, Fergus, and the Young family for sharing your lovely father with us all. It was a pleasure and a privilege to know and work with him on our teams. I knew him as a down to earth production manager, who called a spade a spade.
Richard and his 'back up now' emails will be much missed.

As a young promoter rep I was always delighted when Richard was on a tour. He was across everything; gave you exactly what you needed with no surprises. He brought a clam and professional confidence that was in turn instilled into his team. Radiohead shows he delivered were life defining experiences to be part of. A privilege to have worked with him and to have shared time in recent years as he developed successful RFID solutions for TRNSMT. A true loss for all of us in the industry. Memories I will treasure and share.
