Richard was an important part of Southside and Aztec. He will he remembered as much for his good humour as his smelly feet ( an in joke with those who shared the ‘smelly boys’ portacabin). He loved a bobble hat and everyone loved him. His affable good humour was matched by someone who could turn his hand to most things and did so well. He would have us in stitches and ran a great ‘’Dodgy’’ disco. The year we lost Lance he appeared out of nowhere to not only ensure we got through Edinburgh but to help us all through unimaginable loss. I cannot believe that today I’m writing this about you Richard. You were a remarkable person and talented man. You will be remembered with great affection and held in our hearts.
