It took me a while to write this after I heard about the tragic news. It felt so sudden and unattended that I could not believe it for a few days. After denial, I have now realized that I will never meet Richard again and it hurts. Richard and I worked together for almost ten years, we used to argue from time to time but we had a lot of mutual respect and I thought he was doing a fine job as a PM; also having started as a sound guy helped my cause from time to time ;-). I have added a couple of pictures that were taken during a very relaxed load-in day in Liberty State Park in front of Manhattan for a series of concert Rest in peace "Rich" and my deepest condolence to your family.
